This place is like my home when it comes to eyebrows , the place is the best in queens ! Can’t try any other place but here , The staff is super talented , and professional and for sure takes very good care of you ! Also super friendly and welcoming to all love them ! As well as AFFORDABLE
They are nasty and rude ! The first time you go they are so nice and do a great job. As you keep going you notice the poor customer service and how they prioritize some clients over other depending on personal relationships If I could give a 0 star I would

They’re amazing with both adults and kids—gentle, patient, and incredibly skilled. We visit them every week for eyebrows waxing and threading, upper lips waxing & whole face wax. They are awesome in facials. They always take their time and make sure you leave feeling your best. It’s rare to find a place that combines top-notch service with such a warm and friendly atmosphere.
